UnTapped's #1 goal is to make the editorial process as easy and accessible as possible for our clients. Below is the process we'll take together to turn your dream of becoming a published author into a reality.

Consultation

The first step is to reach out for a free consultation and specify whether you're looking for an editor, ghostwriter, or content writer. Then, tell us a little bit about your goals, including a summary of your project and what you hope to accomplish. If you have any documents or material that you believe will help us understand your vision, feel free to send those as well.

Assessment

Once you've contacted us, you should hear back within a few hours (unless it's the weekend or a holiday). Your editor will request the current draft of your manuscript for a complimentary assessment. This helps the editor gauge the level of work needed so that they can give you a reasonable rate and timeline you can expect them to wrap up work.

For ghostwriting or content writing services, the assessment starts with a client interview so that we can get a full understanding of your vision and goals.

Scheduling

Once we have a good understanding of your objectives, we'll go over the next steps depending on the editorial service you desire and address any questions or concerns you may have. We'll also propose a final rate and an estimated completion timeline. Of course, once we begin work, we're always available for any additional questions you may have throughout the process.
